Who’s and how long we retain your data

When a Resident registers, we do retain their information, and it is securely saved at the Resident Manager’s office. We only ask for the minimum amount of information required by law. For your privacy and security this data cannot be retrieved through the web. Users can therefore not see or edit their previous submitted information. To edit or delete certain information the user has to simply submit a corrected form. As the Custodian of Records the information is stored at the Resident Manager’s office as required by law.

What rights you have over your data

If you have entered information on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
